Description: Typical of the fluid, calligraphic quality of Annette Lawrence's graphic work, this etching "Untitled, 1997" was created in conjunction with the Print Research Institute of North Texas. This work is produced in an edition of 10. Shipping and insurance within the US is included. Selected Annette Lawrence solo exhibitions include: Arthur Roger Gallery in New Orleans (2001); University of Michigan Museum of Art in Ann Arbor (2000); Dallas Visual Arts Center (1999); African American Museum inDallas (1998);and Bag Factory in Johannesburg, South Africa (1998). Lawrence has participated in groupshows at the Jack S. Blanton Museum of Art, University of Texas at Austin (2002); the Contemporary Arts Museum in Houston (1997); and the Whitney Biennial Exhibition in New York (1997). Her work is held in the collections of the Jack S. Blanton Museum, the Dallas Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston, and the American Airlines Corporation. Biddington's is pleased to assist P.R.I.N.T. inoffering fine, small-edition graphicworks that were produced as part of its contemporary art/educational collaborative program.
