In his 2004-2005 series of paintings, painter and film director Todd Bellanca organizes the space as tightly as in his prior works, but the edges are softer and less geometrically crisp. "Always at the Window" shows Bellanca's cinematic vision in a painting format. The surface of this painting has a seductive quality; it possesses a tactile as well as visual allure.
