Description:
The nine horseshoe-shaped najas on this silver necklace are each bezel-set with a small turquoise. The foundation of the piece is a string of 38 rather chubby (3/8" diameter) silver beads strung on a metal chain. It is presumed to be Navajo. The small turquoise have slight color variations due to age. Please see: Front detail. Back detail. The spirit of this attractive, versatile necklace is contemporary rather than emphatically Southwestern. The item will be shipped with the patina of age; if a high sheen is desired, it will polish easily with a silvercloth. |
