Description: This poor woman seems to have lost her head. "Skirt" is from Frances Jetter's witty & poignant torso series of people contending--not always effectively--with the vicissitudes of existence. Jetter's empathy with the human condition doesn't prevent her from making good fun of it. The sculpture itself is beautifully wrought with a pinkish patina on the statuary bronze figure. The bronze is securely mounted on a steel table base approximately 30" high.
