Description: "La Faena" (shown), El Banderillo, El Picador, and La Estocada represent key scenes in the stylized, ordered theater of the bull ring: La Corrida de Toros. Noted printmaker Richard Mock made this series of linoleum cut prints when living in Mexico in the early 1990's. This series is an edition of 50. Richard Mock is represented in important collections including: Museum of Modern Art, New York Public Library, Walker Art Center and National Museum of American Art. His incisive and insightful images have appeared in publications including: New York Times, Wall Street Journal, United Nations as well as in the publications of the loyal opposition.
