It has no stamped marking on the bottom; the piece is probably 19th century. It has a slight orange peel texture. It is in very good condition ex cept for a tiny chip shown in the inset of the accompanying photo. [501132]

Acorn Porcelain English Pitcher This delightful pitcher is basically acorn-shaped with a squirrel clinging to its handle. The interior is creme and the exterior a beautiful bronze lustreware finish. The piece is impressed "Made in England--Acorn" and stamped "Price Bros. Made in England". [500407]
